3 - Rosenhaus with Kitchenette

The so-called Rosenhaus is a half-timbered construction standing on the foundation of an earlier garden pavilion that was built the beginning of the 20. Century. The new Rosenhaus was constructed in 1992. The single-storey building contains a large assembly room (57.50 m²), a kitchenette, and a restroom suite. It offers a covered terrace (21.50 m²) with a south-east orientation. The assembly room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed trussed rafters. The ceiling is insulated and back-ventilated. Large German Solnhofener marble slabs have been used as flooring, and the assembly room is equipped with in-floor heating. All of the building’s windows have insulated glass panes.
